“The Warner Bros Harry Potter Studios is GREAT! The tour company was not-so-special. I read in a few previous reviews that some buses had broken AC systems, and the phone charging ports in buses did not always work, but I tried this company because most of the reviews were good. My experience was riding on two buses (round trip) with no AC and no phone charging. The first bus to the studio had charging ports, but mine did not work. I was also surprised that what I was paying for was merely a bus ride and entry tickets to the studio. This tour company did NOT give customers ANY ENHANCED…”

“I went solo, but in a way, glad I did! I got to geek out independently! No judgement or trying to keep up with another family member or friend. The experience amazed me at ever turn! I wouldn’t have rented the audio if I were to do it again. When you are as big of a fan as me, it distracts from the real speakers inside. I will do this again when they change things up seasonally. Be aware it is 1.5 hours from Virginia Station!”

“Couldn’t find the meeting place as there was a ton of construction and their directions aren’t clear. Messaged them at the time of the beginning of the tour telling them I couldn’t find them. They never responded. Called Viator who put me through to them. Asked for a refund and they said no, it was my fault I couldn’t find them. Definitely do NOT recommend them.”
