We booked this tour and arrived to the meeting point on time, but couldn’t find our guide. We found 4+ guides from other companies, but ours was nowhere to be found. We reached out to the company, but they responded over an hour later, only after we reached out to Viator. They acknowledged the difficulty in locating the guide due to a large number of tours meeting at that same location at the same time. They offered to reschedule the tour for 9am the following…”
